It has being 2 years now since I have returned from studying aboard to be exact China. Which I took up a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science which was quite a long and tough journey learning and studying using a foreign language (Mandarin).
Anyway since setting feet back on Papua New Guinean soil of which might I say is a neighbouring country to Australia and shares a border with Indonesia. Now due to the corona virus (covid-19) virus employment has gone down hill, most graduates locally as well as international are unemployed. Businesses mostly have layed off many of their employees and government departments also have done the same.
Now to date since the corona virus outbreak which everyone says is the new normal, the economy is slowly but surely recovering, citizens are turning to agricultural production and SME's to help sustain themselves and families which now means, their is self-employment creation for rural, urban and new graduates will see a raise soon.
Now as I mentioned due to the above mentioned, I decided to do research of how I could create employment opportunities for myself and others in the long run, and that's when I came across being a "Virtual Assistant". Being a VA meant I had more time to speak with my kids, work from the comfort of my home at my own timing and pace unless clients say otherwise.
It is quite hard might I say as the job needs marketing/advertising, seeking clients, leaning new skills or refreshing skills already attained. But all in all I wouldn't regret anything as long as God is in control than all things a possible and in God's due timing everything happens.
Have a lovely day or evening wherever
you are and whoever you maybe just remember "Jesus loves YOU". God bless you!
